K. Hussain came to PATH because one of her friends managed to gain employment very quickly with the help of PATH and gained a referral via Connexions. She had GCSE’s and incomplete A levels with limited work experience and was struggling with her confidence in job applications. She aspired to become a self-employed Bridal Make-up Artist but needed other employment to save up and get a strong financial start for her business to succeed.
She found she fit in very well and enjoyed the friendly environment that PATH provides. This helped her gain confidence and the skills to be able to make exceptional job applications and before long she faced the challenge of going to her first ever interview.
