Powerful Partnerships
Access to Top Talent: Connect with motivated young people and highly skilled adult migrants who bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to your organisation.
Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: Enhance your organisation’s EDI profile by supporting the professional development of the next generation, contributing to a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
Industry Leadership: Position your organisation as a leader in talent development and diversity by actively participating in the growth and success of future industry leaders.
Recruitment
We work with organisations to help them promote their vacancies and opportunities throughout the region and in particular in communities that they would not usually reach through traditional sources.
We have access to social media networks, community noticeboards and community partner organisations. We can engage at a grassroot level to help promote information to potential applicants.
EDI Training
We can discuss and design a bespoke programme to address the Equality Diversity and Inclusion requirements of your organisation. We have worked with several organisations to help create more inclusive and equitable workplaces..
Work Placements
We work with employers to develop work placements according to the needs of the employer or organisation. Work placements are 6 – 12 months and up to 37 hours weekly in any areas of work within the organisation. Work placement opportunities could range from entry level to graduates and professionals. Work placements are open to any industry or sector where there is an underrepresentation of BAME employees.
Offer Internships
Provide hands-on experience and mentorship through internship programmes. Help interns develop the skills they need while benefiting from their unique insights and energy.
Host Work Visits
Open your doors to young people and skilled migrants eager to learn. Showcase your operations, share best practices, and inspire the next wave of talents in our region.
Conduct Recruitment Talks
Engage directly with potential future employees through recruitment talks. Share your company’s vision, values, and opportunities, and identify the best candidates for your team.
